I am a gentle, supportive Maternity Nurse. I am looking for roles supporting families with their newborns and recovery following the birth of their baby or babies. I love twins. I am highly experienced and very knowledgeable with up to date skills offering clear, sound advice to new parents based on evidenced based research from reputable sources such as The Lullaby Trust and the NHS. Supporting you in a discreet and friendly manner in those early days following the arrival of your precious baby. I will help you guide your baby into a gentle , sustainable routine following and listening to your baby's natural behavioural rhythms and communication cues. I can support you in either breastfeeding or bottle feeding or a combination of both.

My Experience
Specialising in twins ,premature babies and all forms of feeding. I am a mature, experienced and highly educated childcare practitioner who has been caring for newborn babies, young children and their families for many years.. I am an NNEB. I hold a full Early Years Degree and also the Maternity Practitioner Award. I also have a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate. I am registered with and update my enhanced DBS yearly on the government update service. Often returning to care for a second or third baby.

My Availability
I am available now to offer pre Christmas respite care and cover for the winter. My calendar is open to take bookings for 2026 and beyond, long or short bookings, contact me to discuss your needs. I do not charge a deposit and request weekly payments in advance only.

My Fees
- Maternity Nursing from £17.00 per hour (gross)
I charge approximately £17 per hour gross for a single baby and £22 per hour gross for twins. I offer special 'all in' rates for bookings of more than a month. I usually work 24/7, 24/6, 24/5, with a fixed lock daily break of 5 hours. I am flexible and can create a unique and personalized care package to meet the needs of each individual family.
