About Me
Hi, my name is Manda.
I am married with three children. Two who are grown up, and one teenager.
I live in a Cul-de-Sac in Ashton in Makerfield. The location provides a great base to get out and about with the children as there are local parks, The Three Sisters Recreation Area and also a duck pond just a short walking distance away.
I recently moved and now have a great space in a large conservatory set up ready for children to explore. My home is equipped to provide many different activities for children of all ages.
Additionally, I hold a full, clean driving licence.
My Experience
I have worked in childcare for twelve years at a busy private day nursery, prior to registering as an Ofsted approved childminder.
I have vast experience of caring for children between the ages of nought and five from various cultures and backgrounds. I have cared for children who have food allergies and intolerances, one of whom is my own daughter.
I have brought up three wonderful children, two whom attended the nursery at which i worked.
I enjoy working in partnership with parents and follow the EYFS framework regarding the learning development of children, providing regular feedback on their child's development.
My Qualifications
My professional qualifications are;
NVQ - Level 3 - Early Years Care and Education
