About Me
Hi, I'm Mia and I am looking to put my childcare experience and qualifications to use in my spare time. Working from home affords me some extra time in the mornings and evenings that I can dedicate to supporting a family with childcare, household/mothers help and private tutoring. I would do this outside of my corporate job hours with availability early mornings for breakfasts and school drop offs and in the evenings (5.30pm onwards) for after school club pick ups, dinners and bedtimes.
I have a full UK driving license and car, DBS, first aid (2023) and Level 3 Early Years Educator diploma.
My corporate role is focussed around supporting schools that would be impacted by large infrastructure projects and my background is in civil engineering. However before getting into this industry, I worked in childcare for around 4 years in total.
My Experience
I have around 4 years of childcare experience and 2 years experience tutoring children of all ages. I worked for a year as a pre-school practitioner and hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator diploma. I am also an experienced babysitter - having around 4 years experience caring for children aged 1-7; Including school and club pickups, dinner time and bath/bedtime.
I have been on a safeguarding training course and have a DBS.

I have a full time corporate job but I work from home 4/5 days therefore my main availability is early mornings (before 9am), evenings (4.30/5pm onwards) and weekends.
