Started off well, however we noticed the carer became distracted and our child developed a few issues, which at first was thought to be due to the loss of the family dog. It was revealed not to be the case after our chid was removed from the setting.

There was an instance of complete lack of communication involving less than 24 hours notice to changes to the setting that affected safe-guarding issues and a complete lack of understanding to our concerns. The carer seemed more concerned about the money (bear in mind our eldest would have play-days with carer's child as they were friends and we had to pay for it). Matters were settled following a report to Ofsted.
