About Me
Hi,
I have an active 11 year old boy and 2 curious and strong willed girls, 3 and 1 year old.
My 3 year old daughter has extra care needs as she is moderately- severely deaf and has further needs, including delayed speech.
She loves to play outside and keeping busy in general. She loves Gabbys Dollhouse, Bluey, Sarah & Duck and playing with Duplo Lego. She enjoys organising, imaginative play and building.
I am looking for a babysitter and maybe a childminder.
You must be responsible, trustworthy, patient and fun. Experience of SEND and BSL would be awesome.

Estera has been looking after my one year old son now for over six months and she is fantastic with him. My son is very cautious of people in general but he adored Estera from day one.
There are endless amounts of toys at her house, which she has fully dedicated to children. Her focus is solely on him and I really appreciate that extra special attention she gives to my son as being a busy Mom I can't always provide that.
Estera is great with communication and always finds a way to be available when I need her. Her home is beautiful, clean, and most of all, safe. She is up-to-date with all her training and I trust her whole-heartedly with my son. Her family are awesome too.
Estera is friendly, warm and just a lovely person. I think any child would love to spend time with her. There is nothing too big or too small a task for her, she is responsible and genuinely cares.
I would highly recommend Estera as a childminder. Estera is brilliant and you can tell this is clearly her passion in life, which I love as this is what is missing from childcare these days.
