Nanny in London
My Summary
About Me
A reliable, caring and articulate nanny with over 10 years experience working with children aged from newborn to 15 years. I have worked with a wide range of children including those with anxiety, autism and ADHD. In addition I am a qualified baby sleep practitioner, qualified maternity nurse, and hold a certificate in caring for multiples.
I have worked extensively with high net worth clients in aiding their family management, and caring for their children. This often involves working under high pressure situations, working to demanding time scales and having to be adaptable to changing requirements.
My Experience
I am a dedicated, exceptionally reliable, and highly articulate professional nanny with more than a decade of enriching experience caring for children from newborn through to young adulthood. My career has encompassed a diverse spectrum of needs and personalities, including supporting children with anxiety, autism spectrum conditions, and ADHD, where I have consistently fostered security, confidence, and meaningful progress through patient, attuned, and evidence-informed approaches.
Complementing my extensive hands-on expertise, I hold specialist qualifications as a certified Baby Sleep Practitioner, qualified Maternity Nurse, diploma in Early years (level 2), and a certificate in the specialised care of multiples—credentials that have enabled me to guide countless families through the delicate early stages of parenthood with calm assurance and tailored strategies.
I have had the privilege of serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, providing seamless support in comprehensive family management while delivering exceptional, discreet childcare. These roles have honed my ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments—adhering to exacting schedules, anticipating evolving priorities, and adapting with poise and precision to last-minute changes or international travel demands. Discretion, emotional intelligence, and unwavering professionalism remain the cornerstones of my practice.
I approach every role with genuine warmth, intellectual curiosity, and an unwavering commitment to each child’s holistic development—creating nurturing, stimulating environments where they feel truly seen, safe, and inspired to flourish.

My Availability
I am seeking a rewarding, hands-on role as a Mother’s Help (with the potential to evolve into a full-time, permanent nanny position) within a warm, growing family in central London.
Ideally, this would begin as a part-time position, focusing primarily on supporting the mother (or parents) during the morning and early afternoon hours—typically from around 9AM through to 2/3 PM, with flexibility to suit the family’s routine. This structure allows me to provide consistent, high-quality assistance during the busiest parts of the day while leaving evenings and later afternoons free initially.
In this supportive capacity, I would work collaboratively alongside the parent(s), acting as an extra pair of capable, reliable hands rather than assuming sole charge. My primary focus would be on the children—delivering nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care tailored to their ages and individual needs—while also contributing to smooth household flow through light, child-related domestic support.
Key responsibilities I am eager to embrace include:
• Assisting with morning routines.
• Providing attentive, stimulating childcare throughout the morning and early afternoon: play-based activities, sensory exploration, reading, outdoor time, creative projects, and helping foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Supporting nap times, sleep routines, and transitions using gentle, evidence-based techniques (drawing on my certification as a Baby Sleep Practitioner).
• Contributing to light household tasks directly related to the children and family life: preparing bottles/snacks, tidying play areas, organising toys, handling child-specific laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the little ones.
• Being adaptable and proactive—ready to assist with errands, meal prep, or unexpected changes while always prioritising the children’s well-being and the family’s preferences.
As the family grows and their needs evolve—whether welcoming a new baby, expanding childcare requirements, or transitioning to more independent family management—I would welcome the opportunity for this role to develop organically into a more permanent, potentially full-time nanny position. My long-term vision is to become a trusted, integral member of the household, offering continuity, discretion, and unwavering dedication as the family dynamic expands.
With over 10 years of professional experience across newborns to young adults, specialist qualifications (including as a qualified Maternity Nurse and in caring for multiples), and a proven track record serving high-net-worth families in high-pressure, adaptable settings, I bring warmth, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and genuine enthusiasm to every role. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can support parents rather than replace them, creating joyful, secure, and enriching days for children while easing the everyday demands on busy families.
I am particularly drawn to families who value partnership, clear communication, mutual respect, and a nurturing approach to child-rearing. If this aligns with your current or future needs, I would be delighted to discuss how I can support you during this special chapter.
