My Experience
I have 19 years experience of working with children pre-school children. I have worked in a baby room of a nursery, working with children aged 3 months to 2 years old, but also have worked with other age groups in this time. I have been a nanny for 3 years, and I am a childminder
I have an NVQ level 3 in early years.
Job roles:
Provide stimulating and exciting activities for the children (indoor and out)
Prepare snacks and milk feeds for each individual child, including special diets.
Care routines (nap times, nappy changing, potty training)
Understanding of basic baby signing
Working knowledge of the Early Years foundation stage and child protection
Current first aid certificate
Basic food hygiene certificate
Keeping work area clean and tidy
Full driving licence, own car
