I have used Louise’s service for drop off and pick up for the last year before the relationship broke down few weeks ago. Louise’s setting is clean and she never failed to drop off or pick up my son on time which is great.
However, I find Louise unprofessional. She didn’t have a standard contract and there wasn’t a clarity on terms etc. I asked her several times to draw one up and she never did so that caused some friction with me expecting one thing and Louise assuming the other. So when there is a misunderstanding, Louise is quick to tell me she is doing me a favour despite agreeing to the fee and hours before I started using her service.
Also, I didn’t like that she was feeding my son processed food like spaghetti hoops, although I didn’t mention this to her because I didn’t want to make a fuss.
Louise still owes me just over £13 from a cancellation which she has refused to pay until now. For that reason, I will not be recommending Louise to anyone.
