My Requirements

We are a family with 3 kids (Meri-9, Jack - 7 and Sam - 4) looking for a live out part time nanny (c. 18-22 hours a week) starting by January - although for the right person can increase or decrease hours) to help us primarily with afternoons. Kids are at Telferscot Primary School and we live very locally.
We have in mind something like this for Mondays - Fridays:
2-3:30 - prepping tea, putting away laundry, any toy sorting, meal planning etc.
3:30 - pick up kids and take them to tooting common / activities etc depending on the schedule
5:30ish tea at home
Finish 6:30

In addition we may want the ability for our some nanny to offer morning hours. We get that is a big ask unless people live really close! Ideally a couple of mornings a week e.g 7:30 - 10 (we would be happy for which days this is to be agreed week by week as needed)

And for the right person happy to increase daytime hours if that takes pressure off us on kid admin, laundry etc.

As the kids have busy schedules we try as much as we can to help with the activities drop offs etc so at the moment for example we do 3 of the activity drop off / pick ups a week. One of us is usually working from home (out of the way upstairs).

Hourly rates depending on experience with annual pay review. We do everything through nannytax and will agree gross salary
