We have had Joanne babysitting for us for around 2 years now. Joanne is punctual, and we never have to rush back. Always turns up clean and presentable. A lovely, caring person and so thoughtful. Joanne has babysat for my eldest from 11 years and my youngest from 9 months. I trust Joanne whole heartedly with my children and will only use her and no one else. The children are always happy to see her, and they have a great bond with her now.
Wish I could have her all the time as a nanny.
