About Me
Hi, my name is Louise. I am an Ofsted registered childminder based in Longlevens. Established in 2016.
I provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive. Through engaging activities and gentle guidance, I help each child build confidence, independence, and a love for learning. My home-from-home setting ensures every child feels secure and happy.
All areas of learning and development is delivered through a fun filled curriculum and enabling environment with a range of adult guided and child-initiated activities designed to follow children’s interests.
My home benefits from an open plan living area with the playroom at the heart. This provides a homely family environment for your child to enjoy. I offer a spacious, secure garden with a range of outdoor play resources for the children to explore such as a nature kitchen; sand and water tables; ride on toys; sports equipment; outside construction and loose parts.
The children are involved in regular sensory exploration, messy play, invitations to play set ups, music and movement, story time, games, mark making, maths exploration through play, role play, dressing up, small world, construction and so much more.
We enjoy regular trips into the community such as playgroup, library, museums, parks, local woodlands and WWT Slimbridge centre.

My Experience
I have experience of being a mum to 3 children of my own. My family are very supportive in my role as a childminder and we welcome all children into our home as part of the family.
I have been an Ofsted registered childminder since September 2016. I received a good rating in my latest Ofsted inspection in July 2024.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
I accept the childcare 30 hours funding from 9 months to 5 years old.
I accept most workplace vouchers and payments via the Government Tax-Free Childcare Scheme.
Closed on Bank Holidays which are not charged.
