About Me

My name is Joanne Carr and I am an Ofsted registered childminder, graded Good in all areas, and member of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY), I am based in Bromborough close to Brotherton Park. I am married to Dave and we have two children in school, plus our friendly dog Penny The Pug and our cuddly cat Gibby. My home is a warm, welcoming and stimulating setting offering lots of fun, love and learning opportunities.

My Experience

Previous to childminding I taught children of all ages for over 15 years as a qualified dance and drama teacher with IDTA, delivering sessions in nursery, primary, secondary and SEN/D schools. I also have two children of my own in primary and secondary school.

My Qualifications

CACHE Level 3 Home Based Childcare Award.
12 Hour Paediatric First Aid.
Levels 1 and 2 Safeguarding.
Food Hygiene.

My Availability

I offer full and part time spaces, 2,3 and 4 year funding, school wrap around care, school holiday care, emergency and ad hoc care. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your care requirements.
