When I first met Michelle I knew she was the one to look after my boy (13 months at the time), she is friendly and and immediately put me at ease. The setting is amazing too, extremely child friendly and safe. My son absolutely adores Michelle and Paula and loves going there everyday, I know the feeling is mutual and they treat us like we are family.
Michelle is very accommodating and works around my husbands shifts which is a massive help to us. Michelle and Paula always make time to have a chat, to tell us about our son's day, what he has been up to, what he has eaten, nappies etc. If for whatever reason they are busy then we will receive a message later on in the day.
My son is now 20 months and has been with Michelle and Paula for 6 months, he is flourishing in his development and confidence and is very happy.
I know I can go to work and get on with my day knowing that my son is in Michelle and Paula's care, I never have a worry because I know they are both amazing at what they do.

My baby Tyler loves it at Mel's, he is always happy to see her. Mel is a lovely lady who is amazing at what she does. She cares for the children as if they were her own and always interacts to aid their development. I would recommend Mel to anyone.

Dear Lucy,
Thank you so much for your trust given from the very start as you were one of the first parents to joining us and to trusting my childcare services since. I am so glad that I am working with such amazing parents and wonderful children who appreciate my care, love and dedication to our lovely children that I simply adore working with. Tyler is a gem and a joy to our setting who adapted so quickly to our environment and is loving it since. My aim is to keep continuing his wonderful development as per now, and to create amazing memories for him that he will be linking it over the years with his lovely time spent in our home nursery. Thank you again. Your appreciation, trust and credit given all this time means so much to me. :)
