About Me
Hi there! My Name is Hannah, I am a professional nanny from Hastings. I have a level 3 diploma in childcare and education, and over 12 years experience working with children, i’m a qualified pre school teacher, and I'm looking for a new adventure! im currently looking for 2 days a week, needing around and between 15 20 hours a week! happy to be flexible with this!
I am very creative, and currently running my own art business from home. I love planning activities, especially messy things. (who doesn't love a bit of messy play) - I have a very happy, fun, play centred approach, to looking after children, and believe that they only learn when they're settled with the right person. I am also very outdoorsy, and love planning things to do which could be good learning experiences. Happy to carry out trips to places, plan adventures, and create things together. I am a big believer in letting children experience everything through taking risks and following their own interests to help them learn.
I have a very good knowledge of the EYFS, and i am happy to carry out learning journeys if requested. I have worked with children for about 9.5 years now, and have experience with ages 6 months - 6 years. I can provide lots of references if needed. I also have a lot of experience working with additional needs, particularly Autism.
I Love animals, so very happy to look after them also. I love to cook, especially with happy helpers. I am more than happy to carry out any errands/housework or duties you need too. Cleaning, washing etc!
I don't currently drive, but I am more than happy to use public transport, and travel for the right job.
I am very reliable and trustworthy, and I’m very excited to find a new family. DBS checked, and can provide as many references as you need! I’ve had around 25 nanny families in my time working with children.

My Experience
I trained for my diploma in childcare and education level 3 when I was 17, and I’ve been working with children ever since! (Now 29) my main roles include being room leader of a preschool room at a private prep school, and a room leader of a pre school for 3 years. I have had over 15 nanny jobs, and have a lot of experience working with twins. I also have a lot of experience working with additional needs such as autism and epilepsy. Experience working 1 on 1 with SEN children in a pre school environment. I’ve been doing this for so long that it’s just second nature to me, I truly love working with children so much.

Nannying £15 An hour. (2 children £17 an hour.) Multiple children can be discussed :) includes cleaning up after the children, and light cleaning!Preparing meals for both children and family. consider myself a good cook, and understand how nice it is to have help to make the house run smoothly!
washing & other cleaning is an extra and will cost a little more.
Evening Babysitting £14 an hour, £15 over midnight.
