I have a 3 year old and 9 year old girl. I am looking for a babysitter mainly for my 3 year old for after school care and school run for both kids, 4 days a week from monday to thursday

Looking for an experienced babysitter to primarily look after my 3 year old after school and also do afternoon school run for her and her older sister who is 9 years old.
Primary responsibility is to pick up both kids after school at 15:15 every day, walk them home and then taking care of my 3 year old till 18:30 every evening from monday to thursday. Tasks involve making snacks after school, taking my 3 year old to the neighbourhood playgrounds/library, keeping her entertained at home, prepping dinner, giving her a bath, tidying up children's toys and clothes. Another task once a week is taking both kids to my 9 year old's swimming lesson near our home (5 min walk).
