My Experience

I have over 18 years of experience working with children across a wide range of educational and childcare settings. I began my career as a Nursery Nurse and later progressed to a Teaching Assistant, while also tutoring children individually. Alongside my work, I pursued further education, completing an Early Years Foundation Degree and then moving on to a PGCE in Primary Education.

Throughout my journey, I have taught and supported children aged 4–11 both in school and through private tutoring. In addition, I provide childcare through regular babysitting during weekdays, weekends, and school holidays, and work as a nanny for different families. I have built strong, trusting relationships with families, many of whom are happy to provide references.

Beyond formal education settings, I was a Sunday School Leader for 12 years, managing a large team of teachers and organising activities and learning for children. I have recently stepped back from the leadership role and continue to contribute as a Sunday School teacher. Being a mother to two daughters, now aged 18 and 22, has also given me invaluable personal insight into child development and care.

I am passionate about nurturing children’s growth academically, emotionally, and socially, and bring a wealth of experience, dedication, and enthusiasm to every role I undertake.
