Unfortunately I would rather have been writing a good review.
Although organising Lisa-Ann to baby sit my son, after emailing back and forth from 22nd Oct - 25th, mobile numbers exchanged,where I had also texted several times...needless to say I got no reply at the last minute and all mails and texts which were delivered had been ignored.
I had book Lisa-Ann for a special occasion, and was then left having to find another babysitter at the last minute, which caused an added stress.
I would not use Lisa-Ann again and most certainly would not recommend as I found it extremely unprofessional.
It would have taken one correspondence back to say she couldn't make it and I wouldnt have had to write this.
Overall
My son settled in with Emma immediately, she has a lovely way with all the children in her care, and is 100% attentive on the kids needs. Emma takes the kids days out, play in the garden or education games etc at her home for appropriate ages. My son has never been more happy and settled an come on socially. I would highly recommend as you won't find a fault and your child will be well looked after.
