Hello, I’m Ayesha, an experienced, Ofsted-registered childminder offering friendly, home-from-home care in a safe, clean and smoke-free environment — close to Tooting railway station.
My home has a bright playroom, underfloor heating, and a lovely year-round garden for outdoor play. We’re also within walking distance of parks, libraries and local playgroups — perfect for daily adventures and learning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Ofsted graded GOOD (2019 & 2025)
- Enhanced DBS checked
- Paediatric First Aid trained
- Safeguarding training up to date
- 7 years’ childminding experience in the UK
- M.Phil. in Human Development & Family Studies
- Qualified counsellor with NHS experience
- 5+ years’ experience supporting children with additional needs (nursery & school settings, including overseas)
I also have a small therapy room at home and continue to offer counselling alongside childminding.
My Approach
I believe secure attachment in the early years builds happy, confident children.
Children here enjoy:

We also have gentle, supervised cats — helping children learn kindness and responsibility around animals.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Our days include a mix of:
- outdoor play and local walks
- playgroups, soft play and library visits
- crafts, stories, music and role-play
- quiet time and free play
I also link up with another local childminder for small playdates to build social confidence.
Parents receive regular WhatsApp updates and notes through the Baby Day app, plus friendly chats at pick-up time.

I welcome children from 6 months and above.

Hours & Fees
Monday – Thursday | 7:30am – 5:30pm
Full day: £85
Half day: £65
4 weeks’ holiday per year (half paid)
All funding welcomed
Childcare vouchers accepted
Meals & Celebrations
Nutritious, home-cooked meals are provided daily.
We also celebrate birthdays and special events (any treats only with parent consent).

I have worked as a registered childminder in the UK for 7 years, caring for children of different ages and stages. I also have more than five years’ experience supporting children with additional needs, helping them develop confidence, independence and communication.

My Availability
I have three space for under 5 currently available.
I am available during the week.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
- Childminding from £9.00 per hour
Full day (7:30am – 5:30pm): £85
Half day: £65
I take 4 weeks’ holiday per year (half paid).
Care needed before 7:30am is available for an additional fee.
Pick-ups and drop-offs can be arranged, with a small extra charge to cover mileage.
Funding and childcare vouchers are happily accepted.

I am very pleased with the care and attention that Ayesha gave to my daughter. My daughter was with Ayesha from the age of 14 months - 3 years old. Ayesha was always kind and loving, with great ideas about how myself and my husband could support our daughter. She served lots of different types of food, and was happy to take my daughter out and about for fun activities. She also sent us lots of lovely photos of what they were up to. My daughter was always very happy to be left in Ayesha's care and they had a great relationship.
