I would highly recommend Nikki to other parents looking for someone who is child-centred, professional and has excellent childminding skills.
My little one was introduced to Nikki from around the age of 4.5 months. Nikki made the transition of care very easy. My girl took to her and her family immediately. My little one loves it at Nikki's and I think she thinks that's her second home. Nikki engages her in various age appropriate activities and keeps parent informed of the child's development. My little girl is very alert, interactive, loves to dance and very confident in her interaction with others. This is a testament to to Nikki's care and the loving environment which she provides for the children. Nikki is very attentive to my girl's needs and has been a great support to myself in terms of advice and recommendations.
Nikki provides quality care at home in a friendly and homely atmosphere. In addition, Anton her husband is a chef and provides wholesome and lovely dishes for the kids. Overall Nikki's childminding services are excellent & 1st class!!! Do not hesitate to contact her if you are in need of childminding services.

I think it would be very hard to find the warmth, kindness, patience and fun that greets you at Nikki and Anton's house. All the children seem so confident, secure, cared for and happy and my little boy is settling so quickly. The children have a home from home. The food smells amazing. Lovely to have seen how squabbles were resolved by both children being treated with kindness and affection. Nikki and Anton work so well together and both offer unique benefits for all the children. The activities are so varied and creative too and there is also lots of fun and play too, indoors, outdoors in the garden, in the woods and on lots of trips. What is also so exceptional is the flexibility offered to the children. They can take part in as much as they can manage but are able to rest at home if they need to whilst others are on trips out or are able to nap at different times or for longer as needed. I have seen that the routine creates a really calm secure environment but also affords quiet time for extra support to be offered to new children etc. Attention to needs of parents is also amazing. So organised, attentive and Nikki's empathy is exceptional. My post will not have done justice but I could not have been more impressed and happy so far.

My youngest son has been with Nikki now for a few weeks, I was slightly nervous about him being away from us but Nikki made the experience so easy and made us all for so comfortable!
I have seen a difference in Tates speech in a matter of weeks. The environment is beautiful it's home from home for Tate he eats well and comes home happy!
I would recommend Nikki to anyone!

We have been with Nikki for close to three years now. Our little boy started with her when he was one.
Nikki has been everything that you would want in a child-minder. Firstly, she has an infectiously positive energy. The kids like to be with her, they are eager to tell her about their day. Her home is clean, warm and friendly. She keeps a wonderfully structured day for them, and our son has really felt at home at her house, and has never, in all those years, not want to go.
Secondly, she is very thorough and she is fantastically reliable. I can count on one hand the number of occasions that Nikki has been ill, it is extremely rare, and she has never let us down.
Finally, she organises regular activities for the kids, including trips to local places, and her home has a mini playground. Also, she cooks healthy meals for the kids, with the help of her husband.
We can not say enough positive things with Nikki. I am personally so glad that we lucked out with Nikki.
PS: We love her so much, that even though we moved away from the local area, we continue to take our older boy back part-time.

Having tried our hand at a nursery when my son was 11 months it was quickly apparent that the setting was not right for him. Going back to work is stressful enough but having settled on a childminder who let me down with 2 days to go before I start work I found salvation with Nikki. She was warm and kind on the phone and wanted to help. Despite my son being so unsettled until this point from all the changes he warmed to Nikki very quickly and was sharing hugs and kisses with her very soon after.
Nikki’s home is very clean and organised and she has a lovely front and back garden area with plenty of outdoor toys and space. The children are well behaved and know their boundaries in her home and teach each other the rules as they grow older and new children are introduced to the group.
What also really appealed to me is Nikki’s husband Anton works with her as an assistant so my son is in a home environment with both male and female role figures. Anton cooks a variety of freshly made foods for the kids each day and I have seen him paint and plant plants with the kids too.
The children have a variety of toys and activities to keep them entertained and educated. Nikki takes the kids out for regular walks with Oscar the family dog (who my son adores) or to feed the ducks, as well as to toddler groups so they can socialise with other children.
We receive daily reports on what activities our son has been up to, including meal times, naps, nappy changes and any major developments. Once a month you also get photos of activities the kids have been up to. Nikki goes the extra mile to get the kids making glitter drawings for Guy Fawkes, autumn pictures with fallen tree leaves and the best of all was helping my son make a birthday card for me!
Nikki has your child's well-being at the forefront of her mind, and this is shown in her interaction with them, and how much care she puts into the after-care. If they're not well, she checks up with you to see how they are doing etc.
Overall, I am incredibly happy with my son being with Nikki. He is now 17 months old and spends 5 days a week (8am-6pm) at Nikki and Anton’s. He has made friends, learnt new skills and developed his own character further becoming more confident and independent.
Nikki clearly loves what she does and I am very grateful to have found her. A well deserved ‘Outstanding’ rating from Ofsted!
