Lynn looked after my 2 year old son for 9 months and during that time we saw him grow hugely in confidence and independence. Lynn is completely dedicated and makes such a big effort to give the children a wide range of experiences from outings and activities to wonderful arts and crafts sessions. I'm so pleased we found Lynn. Her caring nature and genuine warmth was just what our son needed for his first experience of childcare. He's now gone on to preschool as a happy, confident and inquisitive little boy and we're very grateful to Lynn for helping him prepare for this next milestone. We would highly recommend Lynn. She is excellent at keeping us informed of our son's progress and letting us know throughout the day what he's been up to and what he's enjoyed. Her setting is warm and homely and she really treats the children as part of the family.

Lynn started looking after our little girl when she was 7 months old. I went back to work a little ealrier than I anticipated so I was anxious but within a few days of being with Lynn a few days, all my worries were gone. Lynn is enormously dedicated to her job, highly professional but most importantly extremely caring. Her setting is like an extended family and my daughter is always happy as we approach Lynn's front door each morning. The activities Lynn does with the children in her care are so imaginative and fun and regardless of how young she was, my daughter was always involved.
I never imagined we would find such fantastic childcare, Lynn we will miss you! Gemma, Matthew and Maggie x

I feel so lucky that i found Lynn when i needed childcare for my daughter. It wasnt easy going back to work but Lynn makes you feel good about leaving your child with her and she makes sure your child is safe and well. The things Lynn does with kids every day are amazing. She is very dedicated to her job and truly loves it and all the kids! Safe and clean environment, lovely spacious play area are also a big plus! Cant recommemd her enough! She is truly amazing ;)

I feel very lucky to have found Lynn, not only is she a fantastic childminder but a wonderful person with a beautiful family. My little boy was with her for a year. He had a wonderful time and I truly felt like he was treated as part of their extended family. Lynn always went above and beyond and made his time there fun. Always lots of activities and trips, he was given the freedom to explore his independence in safe caring environment where his needs were met both educationally and psychologically. I cannot recommend Lynn highly enough. Me and my son were privileged to have known her and her family.

my 21 old daughter been going to lynn since she 18 month old Dixie development is amazing lynn is a fantastic woman and i would recommend her to any off my friend i will be sad to see my daughter start nursery in September as she not just my daughter child minder she also become a friend she a friendly most caring person you will ever meet . kind regards kayleigh ( dixie mum )

My little lady went to Lynn at about 10 months old when I returned to work after maternity leave and I am extremely happy with the care she provided. I found Lynn both professional and friendly and her home provided a warm, safe and welcoming environment where my daughter was always well cared for.
Due to a change in circumstances I no longer need childcare, but if I should ever need it again I wouldn't hesitate to contact Lynn. Highly recommended!

We have been using Lynn's childminding service for the past 8 months in Lincoln since our daughter was 10 months old. We have been very pleased with all of the opportunities and activities she has offered our daughter. She is professional, consistent and thorough. We regularly receive newsletters and photos of all of things our daughter gets up to (she particularly enjoys the sensory play!) and have been very happy with all of the work Lynn has put into making development plans and helping our girl to learn and make sense of the world! We are moving to Kent so no longer require childcare and we are very sad to say goodbye. Our daughter is really going to miss Lynn and her children as she really has become part of the family. Our son joined lynn when he was just one year old. He has been with her for over two and a half years. We are extremely sad to see lynn and her family go. Our son had the best time there. What made everything so special for him, and us as his parents, is that it did not feel like a professional setting but rather like a warm family. Our son built a very special bond with Lynn's daughter, who was the same age, as well as her other son and daughter.
He learnt a lot in that period. English is not his first language but he picked it up very fast. He also did a lot of arts and crafts, stories, numbers, physical activities. Lynn was also very respectful of our different cultures and in fact celebrated them. The children celebrated Bastille Day, the Indian Holi festival and the Chinese new year. All these celebrations were done very creatively.
Lynn was very easy to talk to and always ready to help with any concerns we may have, even if not linked to her setting. It felt like she advised us more as a friend than as a professional.
She also worked alongside us to support our son's development, especially during potty training.
We always felt we received excellent communication about the activities our son participated in, as well as his development. He regularly received a newsletter and daily updates with photos about the day.
I could not recommend lynn more. If you are looking for a warm, caring childminder then this is the right choice!!

I went back to work in October 2013 and Lynn looked after our 13 month old son. We moved house out of the area at the end of November and wished we could have raken her with us! James in that short time had a fantastic time. He became more talkative, started walking and learned to play with others. He went on trips to the park, farm, chessington and every day there was an activity whether it was painting, exploring shapes, colours, spaghetti and we had a book which was updated every day with his activities and a photo. James loved it so much there that he was dropped off in the morning with a smile on his face and went straight for the toys - Lynn made my transition back to work so much easier. Our move away happened far quicker than expected and we were very sad to say goodbye. I have no hesitation in recommending Lynn to anyone - she is just wonderful!

Lynn began childminding for our little boy when he was 6 months old & I returned to work. I instantly knew that Lynn was the right person for the role as she was organised and had a warm professional & honest approach to childcare.
Lynn has continuously supported the development of our sons learning skills and kept us informed of how his progressed over the time spent in her care. She offers a warm friendly environment in which children can play as well as learn, all the time ensuring that there is never a dull moment in her care with lots of activities planned for the days he spends there both in and away from her setting.I would therefore highly recommend Lynn.
