Caring , Professional, efficient .

Brilliant service . They will go out of their way to accomodate you and your circumstances . I am a single parent working crazy shifts and Safety Haven are there for me when I needed them . Nothing is ever too hard . Their pricing is fare and you get so much more than what they charge. Children are looked after and fed well - delicious and nutritious meals - staff very caring and compassionate.

Remona has a great balance with her older and younger children and fosters a real family atmosphere. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend Remona to anyone looking for full time or after school care for their children. Victoria spend lovely time at hers home and I can see she is very happy there. Highly Recommended Babysitter.

Thank you so much for entrusting us with your baby girl as I know it can be unsettling with transition & shared care at times. She’s settled so well & shown such flexibility & willingness in her approach to the different settings. I’m so proud of her overall growth & development.

At the outset, I would like to thank my babysitter for your help, I am very happy with her work, she is the right person in the right place. My kids like to spend time with her, which fills it fun is combined with learning. Children come home always with a smile on his face. I recommend any mom looking for a babysitter.

I must admit, your children do have a special bond with everyone here in our setting. They've thought us all a second language, their home language, and very creative in all areas. Please continue to encourage their artistic abilities, they will no doubt strive throughout their learning journey. We really enjoy our time with them both.

Ramona and her team are absolutely brilliant, all understanding and understand how children need to be supported. Leon is a very confident boy anyway however he is enjoying his time at Ramona's and is always happy and safe.

Thank you Katrina, we adore our Leon the lion always roaring with laughter, that's when he's not spider man bouncing off the wall, so energetic, always keeping us on our toes. He's such a big character, that cheeky smile melt any heart & the conversations anyone would think he's 30 not .......

Very happy woth the setting

Both my boys love coming to Ramonas. They have both settled in very well and are learning lots. Both of them get very excited as we get near the house and have no issues or worries about the boys being in Ramonas care

OMG Katie! I've only seen this! I'm so sorry I've not responding any sooner. Thank you for your honesty and I'm glad you were happy with the service provided. We miss you gorgeous fun loving boys....Mr J gives the best cuddles ever and Mr E is always so happy and bursting with energy.....they are truly missed. I'm sure you're loving every minute being at home with them...no doubt they are keeping you busy.

Home from Home!

SafetyHaven have been nothing but accommodating in our experience so far! Our son enjoys his time there, and feels comfortable in his surroundings. Couldn't ask for a better service! Very professional and excellent customer experience.

He's so easy going, the youngest but clearly the "elder" of the group in character. So happy, confident & strong minded about his choices....definitely simple is best with him....never a dull moment I'm glad that he's a part of the family too. I so love my little group...couldn't ask for better kids.

Ramona is a lovely lady, she instantly made me and my daughter feel comfortable when we visited and instantly I knew she was the right childminder for us.

My daughter loves going to Ramona and can't wait to get there and never wants to leave!

Communication is excellent. I receive updates on a daily basis.

I would highly recommend Ramona's services.

I really enjoy my play & learn sessions with my little 5* girly. I'm so proud of her in meeting her learning outcomes/objectives, showing off some would say LOL. She's always willing, helpful, enthusiastic & upbeat about tasks set. She's a real ray of sunshine to be around, gosh so energetic with her dance moves: who need the gym after a day with little S LOL.

Excellent childminder

Remona has been an outstanding childminder for our two girls aged 5 and 10. She is passionate about her job, caring, fun and enthusiastic. She is a true professional who demonstrated excellent knowledge about risk assessments, safeguarding and general health and safety issues. We are confident our daughters are safe in her care and they both love her to bits.

My husband and I both work various shift patterns that includes unsocial hours and Remona picks our girls up from home, does the school runs for us then she brings them back home when we return from work. Serves the girls waking up too early in the morning and having too long a day. We feel so lucky to have found such a loving, dedicated, flexible and reliable carer, we could not ask for more. To all parents out there, Remona (SafetyHaven) comes highly recommended for an excellent and outstanding service.
