Leigh is really child focused, incorporating the childrens wishes and feelings by maintaining structure but offering the children choice.

The children have great outdoor time and positive friendships are encouraged.

The friendly nature is second to none. I would use Leigh everytime to look after my son who is 7. It's hard to find a facility that puts you at ease as a parent and where your child's needs are fully focused on. Don't know how she manages to understand the children individually while making them feel equal as a group. But she does!
