I don't know what I would have done without Karol! She looked after my son from age 10 months and my daughter from 3 months right until they were 11 years old. When they were little I knew that they were in very capable and caring hands. Karol's family made them feel like part of their family and they loved spending time with the other children in her care. Her home was their home. I had to work long hours and it was such a help to know that they were happy and safe with Karol. She took them everywhere too - to playgroups, to the seaside, to the park - they were always out and about doing different activities and learning. They grew up with Karol - she was amazing when they were not feeling well and so dependable and reliable. When they went to school I knew she would be there waiting for them every day to collect them. I am so grateful to have had Karol as our childminder and would recommend her 100% to other parents. She is a lovely person and a fantastic childminder!

Excellent childcare in a home-from-home

Karol looked after my son and daughter from age 0 until my eldest was 5. Here are just a few of the things that make her a fantastic childminder:
- professional, friendly, kind, flexible and very reliable
- varied and stimulating activities for all ages, with many outings to parks, play groups, libraries, 1 o clock clubs and local events, plus outings further afield.
- a friendly and welcoming home environment, well set up for children with lots of books, play and learning activities
- regular and clear communication about e.g. what the children had eaten, any care issues or problems
- good focus on safety and child health
- great balance between caring and kind approach and clear boundaries for children
- a very organised person who you can always rely on

My children remember Karol very fondly, as do I.
