Hi, My name is Kayleigh. I am 26 years old. I have always lived in Nottingham apart from the 3 years I worked abroad and travelled. I am now a Mummy to a little 13 month old boy Marley. I am the also older sibling of 1 brother who is now 18 and two sisters who are 14 and 16. I have spent the majority of my life looking after young children, wether it be as an older sister looking after my younger siblings or in employment as a crèche nanny and now my own little baby. I get on with children of all ages. I am highly motivated and enjoy witnessing children I look after grow and develop. I am highly motivated, bubbly and outgoing. I find it very easy to adapt to new environments and enjoy getting to know people. I am very experienced with 10 years experience and think that I would be perfect for your family. I love having days out in the outdoors exploring different places and I love having lots of fun and creative fun! I also have a serious side when it comes to teaching children and looking after them. I hope that I will be an amazing nanny to such wonderful children and help some amazing parents.
My Experience
I started in childcare 10 years ago as an apprentice in a nursery environment. It took me 1 and 1/2 years to qualify and ever since I was 16 I have worked in a nursery environment looking after children aged from 6 weeks up till 5 years old. I then reached 18 and was offered a job as an overseas crèche nanny for the company in2action. This entailed working in a crèche in First Holiday Villages based around the world. I started my first year working in Majorca. My job role entailed providing a variety of stimulating and fun activities for children aged from 6 weeks up to 15 years old. This means that I have expierence working work with a wide variety age of children. Also while doing this I have to build rapport with adults alongside children. I enjoyed doing this job so much that I then carried on to do it for another 2 years. In my last year I received a promotion to crèche supervisor. I was based in Costa Del Sol working as crèche supervisor which entailed overlooking the running of crèche and making sure that everything is meeting UK standards and all policies & procedures that are placed. I returned back to England in 2017 and became a carer. I am now working for the NHS as a senior healthcare assistant part time after having a little boy back in June 2022. I am now looking to move forward into personal nanny work amid becoming a nanny for a loving, caring family and where I can nurture and help the children grow.
