About Me
I live in Croxley Green with my husband who is a serving Police Officer and 2 children aged 12 & 16. We have a semi detached house, with a garden that backs onto our allotment plot where we have chickens which we visit. We are located in central Croxley.
As a childminder i aim to offer a safe, welcoming, homely environment for your child. One where thery are encouraged to express themselves, enjoy a variety of activities and grow in confidence. Each child will be treated as an individual with their specific needs and values catered for.
We go to local parks and library's. We enjoy craft activities like playdough, painting, drawing, sticking etc and I have a wide range of toys both inside and outside for the children to play with. We love playing games, completing puzzles, role play and reading stories.
During the school holidays we enjoy days out at various places like Cassiobury Park, Wendover Woods, RAF museum, Ruislip lido and many more.
My Experience
I am an OFSTED registered childminder and i achieved a 'GOOD' grading at my last inspection.
I have been childminding since 2007 and have references from previous and current families.
I have looked after children from a variety of age ranges as well as bring up my own 3 children.
My Qualifications
CACHE level 3 Diploma in Home-based childcare, part 1
Level 2 award in Food Safety
Child protection
I have a current First Aid certificate for babies and children
I have attended various relevant childcare courses and conferences.
My Availability
Mon-Thurs 7.30am-9.00am then 15.00-17.30pm. All day during the school holidays.
I drop and collect from Malvern Way & Little Green schools in Croxley Green.
