Hello, I'm Charlotte and I've been working with children in the early years sector for approaching 13 years. During this time I have worked in private day nurseries, as a mother's help with newborns and as a private nanny for 8 years.
I pride myself on helping the children in my care to feel safe, happy, worthy and loved through effective routines and boundaries, supporting them in becoming independent well rounded individuals. I have a good reppitoire of healthy and appealing meals and snacks, and enjoy including children in the cooking process. I am experienced in potty training, weaning, aiding children to prepare for school through following the EYFS, and supporting school children with homework and reading.
