About Me
CURRENTLY WORKING AS FULL TIME TEACHER, no longer available, thanks!
Hi, my name is Chloe, I am a fun, bubbly individual who enjoys life to its fullest. I love to make the most of days, going on adventures, exploring the outdoors and especially taking my friends daughter on fun days out. I am extremely creative and love making things and creating fun opportunities. I love working with children and have dedicated my life to this. I am a fully qualified primary school teacher, however I am seeking a full-time or part-time nanny role where I can a positive part of a families household.
I am a fully qualified nursery nurse and have an extended diploma in working with children and young people and I have also recently graduated and gained a Bachelor of Arts with Honours - Primary Education (with QTS) – Second Class. I am looking to become a nanny to gain even more experience and to develop my CV further. I have an ever growing love for assisting children with their learning and development. I am outgoing, kind, caring and approachable and work hard with being passionate about the work I do. I have a nurturing personality and find it really easy to connect with children. I would love to work for someone who possesses the same qualities and promotes the same love for their child as I do for children.
Please feel free to contact me to discuss your needs and requirements, I will do my best to help you.
My Experience
I am an enthusiastic, hardworking and creative individual who possesses a variety of different skills, which I have developed through my years at university and my time working within a variety of different schools. I have recently graduated from The University of Bedford with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree in Primary Education (with QTS). Sharing my understanding and knowledge with children has always been a passion of mine. My experience from University has allowed me to develop teaching in both Key Stage 1 and 2. I have confidently taught all National Curriculum subjects and have been able to develop my knowledge of the understanding of how children learn and develop, to support their learning.
My experience from University has allowed me to develop teaching in both Key Stage 1 and 2. I have confidently taught all National Curriculum subjects and have been able to develop my knowledge of the understanding of how children learn and develop, to support their learning. In each of my placement reports, I have been graded ‘outstanding’ in areas of the teacher’s standards which included experience of planning for SEND children, differentiating for individual abilities and setting clear and challenging targets.
Over the years, since being at University, I have completed a considerable amount of time within a variety of different schools, where I was able to work independently with many children with varied ethnic backgrounds and beliefs, different individual needs and capabilities and challenging children who I believe I have been able to help contribute positively towards their learning and development, through my teaching skills and abilities. I have a clear understanding of the importance of safeguarding and have had to deal with safeguarding issues within my teaching experiences. This has enabled me to act appropriately and follow school policies and procedures, regarding safeguarding. I have been able to successfully identify safeguarding issues within previous school experiences, which has enabled me to effectively protect and support the children’s welfare, health and safety, fulfilling my legal duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of the children.
The desire I have to assist children during their learning process builds upon my lifelong intention to work with children and young people. Participating in daily life within primary schools and nurseries, this interest has begun to grow; it is extremely rewarding to work with children and to see them progress throughout the year. This gives me a sense of achievement: to know that I played a part in this important process. I believe I am able to communicate with people from all different backgrounds to help promote equality within the workplace. I work well individually as well as in team situations. I am very self-motivated and can prioritise my own workload.
I have experience of working within a nursery for a number of years and also within schools for a number of years allowing me to gain a good understanding of the needs of various children aged 6 weeks - 11 Years old. I have recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours - Primary Education (with QTS) and was awarded a Second Class degree. I have a recent DBS and have a fully driving licence.
My Qualifications
I am educated to GCSE standard in Maths, English literature, English language, Science, Physical Education, French, Media, Textiles, Graphics, Religious Education, I received Grades A-C in my GCSE results.
