I am looking for babysitting work in the local area. I enjoy spending time around children of all ages. Helping with homework or reading bedtime stories, doing arts 'n crafts, playing games or watching a favourite DVD I'm happy to do all of them!

Sam has been babysitting for us for a while now and I can confidently say that she is amazing. I know when Sam is babysitting that my daughter is in excellent hands. Her experience and calm demeanour means I have no worries about anything. When she arrives, she is immediately attentive to my daughter and shows an interest in what she has to say and wants to show her. They spend time doing arts and crafts, playing games, reading, colouring, getting food and drink, etc. Sam is there to spend time with our daughter, not to just sit her quietly or send her to bed. Her time is valued so much by our daughter that she cannot wait for her to arrive, often counting down the days and hours when she knows she is coming.
Sam is positive, creative and has a great sense of humour. She is also sensible and has plenty of experience with children of all ages and needs. If there was ever an emergency, I feel secure that it would be met by calm and confidence and Sam would ensure my daughter was safe, reassured and alleviate any anxieties.
We also have two lively dogs and Sam is just as attentive to them and doesn’t mind when they forget their manners and jump up.
Sam is reliable and very easy to communicate with when booking times and dates. I know once something is booked, it will not be forgotten about. She is also flexible and has been helpful in offering alternatives for us when other childcare has fallen through on school TD days. I would highly recommend her.
