Hello, my name is Sabrina, the face behind Piccolini Childminding. I am a qualified teacher with full teacher status, with a wealth of experience in education, social care, and early years. Over the years, I have taught Health & Social Care and Early Years qualifications at both GCSE and A-Level, giving me expert knowledge of the EYFS and the skills children need to thrive as they grow.
? What Makes My Setting Unique
I plan to integrate Makaton signing into my practice and will also teach children in my care to use signs to support their communication. This not only encourages inclusivity but also gives children another way to express themselves confidently.
? My Approach
My childminding setting is homely, warm, and designed to feel like an extension of the family. I combine professional teaching knowledge with care from the heart, offering a safe, stimulating environment where children are guided, inspired, and encouraged to explore, play, and grow.
My Experience
Before qualifying as a teacher, I worked across a wide range of early years provisions as well as in social care, supporting children and families in different settings. This background has given me a deep understanding of child development, safeguarding, and the importance of providing a safe, nurturing environment for every child.

BAHons Degree - social studies
level 4 child and family studies
level 3 children and young people's workforce
My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
£7 per child per hour between 8am-5pm
£8 before 8am drop and pick up after 5pm
(This will include breakfast and dinner)
Childcare funding/vouchers accepted
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Goldington Green Academy
