About Me

Hi parents,

I am a calm, creative and highly dependable nanny with a caring attitude. I have been a nanny since 2013 in that time I have built great relationships with 5 families. On average I have stayed with a family for over 4 years, long term roles will be a perfect fit for me.

I have experience in the following duties/ requirements; sterilising of bottles, baby feeding day & nights, weening, nap times, supervising & making of meals and snack times, bed time routine, nappy change, potty training, child development, washing and dressing of the child, play time, school drop off and pick up, general nursery duties (clearing of toys etc) and everything and anything in between.

I love being part of a child's life at such precious time of their life of constant changing, learning, growing and development. It is truly such an honour to be part of that in that journey. I understand the importance of being versatile, adaptable, using my initiative and working within a household all whilst being respectful of boundaries. Nothing is too much trouble and I am here to make the child/families life flow and easier.

I feel passionately about getting to know every child on an individual basis and how I can best support and encourage them to flourish into their authentic self. I am respectful and considered, with lots of patience and great listening and communication skills remaining calm and polite at all times.

I fully grasp and feel passionate about child development. I have extensive knowledge and experience of multiple ages from new-born to adolescent. I am highly versed in the EYFS which is the Early Years Foundation Stage which is a statuary framework that all schools and Ofsted registered early years providers must follow. The goal for this framework is to prepare a child for school and make sure that developmentally they are where they are supposed to be.

I thoroughly enjoy baking, bike riding, being in nature, reading, listening to music, art exhibitions and taking yoga classes. I also love travelling and visiting countries to widen my understanding of the world and the various cultures, and people. I am very happy to share any of my hobbies within my role at any point.
