About Me
Hi, my name is Rachel and I have over 20 years experience working in childcare and education.
I live in Codsall with my husband Rob and two children, Reuben (age 11) and Amelia-Rose (age 2). We also have a pet dog called Ebony, she is a black Labrador with a very tame and calming nature who loves lots of fuss.
My home is smoke free and has a spacious child friendly garden for children to play and explore.
I am passionate about providing high quality childcare through knowledge and experience to support and nurture children in a rich play-base environment
I aim to provide a home from home learning environment in a warm, friendly setting for both children and their families. Children can enjoy real-life learning experiences such as cooking, gardening, and outings to the park and library as well as exploring the local community.
My Experience
I have over 20 years of experience working in childcare and education.
I have previously worked in a private day nursery, with experience ranging from a senior nursery nurse role to nursery manager.
I have experience of working with children aged 0-12 years.
I have a wide range of childcare qualifications and continue to to expand and maintain my current professional knowledge, enabling myself to keep abreast of current trends in childcare.
My prime aim is to nurture happy, confident children who are interested in everything they see, hear and do, helping them to develop active enquiring minds
