My Experience
I have over five years of hands-on experience working with children in both home and school environments. My journey started as a childminder assistant, where I supported the daily care and development of young children in a home-based setting. Since then, I’ve also worked as a family caregiver, providing emotional and practical support to children and parents, often helping with routines, meals, and creating a calm, caring environment.
More recently, I have worked as a SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting children with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. In this role, I provided one-to-one support, helped with emotional regulation, learning, and social interaction, and worked closely with teachers and families to ensure consistent care.
Throughout all these roles, I’ve supported children from infancy through to early teens, adapting my approach to meet their individual needs. My background in Psychology, with a focus on Child Development, has given me a strong understanding of how children grow, learn, and communicate. I bring that knowledge into everything I do.
I have a big passion for things like: reading, walking, swimming, dancing, painting, be with my nephews/nieces and travelling.

My Availability
