Mafalda is a very nice young lady , pleasant, polite and kind.
She has been looking after my 8 year old son very effectively, she is punctuate and likes looking after my son. She plays with him and even creates enjoyable activities for him.
I needed her in an emergency situation and she did not hesitate to help immediately . she came in 15 min which was very convenient.
She is still working with us at the moment and we are very lucky to have her:)
