? After-School Nanny Wanted in Radlett ? Live-out | Driving essential (own car optional) | Start ASAP (flexible)

We’re a warm, friendly family in Radlett looking for a dependable and caring after-school nanny to help with the afternoon routine for our children. We have four children (aged 11, 7, 2.5, and 16 months) – three are at home full-time and attend school or childcare during the day. Mum is often around and hands-on, so we’re looking for someone to work alongside her and help keep the after-school chaos running smoothly!

? Core hours: Weekday afternoons, approx. 3pm–7pm Some flexibility with days – we can work around the right person’s schedule

Optional evening babysitting and extra hours during weekends or school holidays.

? Your role will include: Picking up Benji (7) from school Collecting Harry (2.5) and Matilda (16 months) from the childminder Helping with snacks, winding down, play, and bath time Occasionally taking the kids to after-school clubs

? Requirements: Previous childcare experience (nanny, nursery, teaching assistant, etc.) Driving is essential – own car is helpful but not a must Confident, warm, and calm with multiple young children DBS check and references required

Must be live-out (we do not provide accommodation)

No household tasks – we have a housekeeper This is a flexible, family-friendly role that could suit someone looking for steady part-time work, or to top up existing hours. We’re happy to shape the role around the right person.
