Super reliable, helpful and kind

Imogen stepped in at the last minute and helped us out as a nanny for a month when our long-term nanny had to stop work unexpectedly. With no 'warm-up' or trial sessions, she joined us and hit the ground running, finding her way around our homes and weekly routine with ease. She was absolutely brilliant with our 7 year old son, engaging with him and his love of pokemon and crafting. She did before and after school care, taking him to and from school and looking after him in the evenings. She also prepared meals and did his laundry. She is a very reliable, kind and helpful nanny and we would have no problem recommending her.
