About Me
Dear Parents/carers
My name is Motria and I live with my husband and my daughter. I am Registered Childminder and Qualified Teacher.
I offer a caring, safe and secure environment in my home for children to explore, develop and most importantly have fun, with planned activities that promotes the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) as well as lots of free play ensuring your child is regularly observed and that their next step of development are followed through. I provide a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, music, dressing up, cooking, puzzles, games, singing, dancing and story time.
I offer plenty of praise and encouragement and I encourage the children to interact in a caring and friendly manner. I love working with children and helping them to grow and learn. I aim to promote a good relationship with the children's primary carers as I understand that they know their child best.
I have a spacious garden where I like to spend a lot of our time using bikes, scooters, playing with sand, digging up mud, drawing and explore different books. I believe that children thrive from playing outdoors. I take the children on frequent outings to the local library, play groups, parks and farms.
I encourage healthy eating and provide freshly cooked meals daily( breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks)

I have over 16 years’ experience caring for children in nursery setting, nanny and some experience working in Primary Schools as a teacher.

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.50 per hour
£7.50 per hour with Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, whole milk, nappies, creams, wipes and sun cream all included + all cost/fees for days out toddler groups and activities.
£7.00 per hour without any meals, nappies, creams and the other things listed up.
Emmbrook School drop off and collection
£25After school care with meal per day
£40 Before/After School with meals.
Can accept both 2 years and 3/4 year funding !

I couldn’t rate Motria, Andre and the rest of her team more highly if I tried.
As a first-time parent I was very anxious about leaving my daughter alone for the first time – but Motria was perfect: knowledgeable, reassuring and nurturing. She looks after my daughter as though she was her own child and I drop her off every morning secure in the knowledge that she is going to receive the very best care.
The activities and learning opportunities are imaginative, well organised and tailored to each child to help them reach their potential. Updates are frequent and detailed – in fact many of my favourite photos/videos of my daughter come from Motria’s setting!
The quality of meals and snacks is fantastic – it’s so reassuring to know that my daughter is eating healthily and trying such a wide variety of foods from an early age.
Finally – and perhaps most importantly – if there is ever a problem, Motria is ALWAYS available to talk things through and engage with us as a family to help find a solution.
We are so grateful for Motria and impressed with the high level of care she provides on a daily basis.

Motria has provided a great setting for our son who started attending from 3yrs. He enjoyed the initial session so much he stayed for half the day.
It is a safe, friendly environment that not only looks after our child's nutrition and welfare but encourages exploring, development and confidence. From bi-lingual language sessions to music, drama, nature walks and even a trip to the local fire station.
She is friendly, approachable, accommodating and has a natural affinity with children. You can see all the children feel comfortable and are happy.
As parents we know that our child could not have been in better hands.

We have 17 months old daughter and needed full time care. From the very moment we knew Motria's setting was just perfect for our girl. Being first time parent and not having used any childcare services before we were very hesitant to give our baby to someone unknown. However, Motria took all our concerns away. Our daughter loved the setting, she started to play straightaway, she was very keen on exploring the new area and had no hesitation to be in Motrias arms. This lady is very friendly, has amazing approach to children - they all love her! We could have not found a better carer and most importantly we can now relax, focus on our work as we know our daughter is in the best hands!
