About Me
We have two lovely, bright, energetic and fun boys: 3.5 and 7 years and a Labrador.
Our current nanny is going to start a cake making business! So we would like like the candidate to start as soon as possible to do a handover ideally – even if only part time.
Our youngest is attending preschool nursery during term time (just under three hours per day) and our oldest is in yr 2 (at the same school) with after schools clubs everyday, providing time for household jobs and cleaning. The school is a short walk (300metres) from the house and we back onto a park – ideal for walks and giving the boys a run around.
We ideally need someone to start in November, and the role is full time - five days a week 8:30am-6:30pm - at our home in Hither Green, South East London.
The salary is dependent on experience - we are currently paying £14 per gross hour plus holiday and benefits.
My Requirements
The ideal candidate will be Ofsted registered, or willing to do it. A dog lover, who is happy to walk our lovely lab. A full driving license is preferable but not a requirement (we can pay for parking). First Aid training, fully vaccinated and DBS is a requirement.

Deborah also played a vital role in supporting their education, helping with homework and making remarkable progress with our youngest in reading and writing.
In addition to her outstanding care for the children, Deborah has been invaluable to our household. She is a fantastic cook, regularly preparing delicious meals for the family, and she helped with various household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Her support made a significant difference to our daily lives, and her reliability is unmatched— she has never let us down in over two years, a testament to her dedication and professionalism.
Deborah also showed immense kindness and love towards our family dog, Watson. She walked him every day and ensured he was well cared for, which was incredibly important to us.
Deborah has become like a part of our family, and we are truly saddened to see her leave. As our boys are now both at school full-time, we no longer need her as much during the day. Any family would be extremely lucky to have Deborah as their nanny. She brings warmth, dependability, and a genuine passion for childcare, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
