Caroline has been looking after my son for four years. He absolutely adores her! Jack was born with a cleft lip and palate. He also had breathing and swallowing issues. The first few months of his life he spent in and out of hospital with various problems, quite a poorly little baby at times. Unfortunately when Jack was five months old I had to return to work. I was extremely apprehensive about this as I did not feel there would be anyone suitable and experienced enough to care for Jack. I then found Caroline.
Jack had many health issues to contend with but this did not phase Caroline at all. She was professional and caring at all times and tended to all his needs perfectly. I could finally breath a sigh of relief knowing my son was in safe capable hands.
Fast forward four years. Caroline has helped Jack recover from six operations. Assisted him with his speech and langauage therapy and help him progress with his Makaton. Jack has been diagnosed with separation anxiety disorder and Caroline’s is the only place he loves to be. That says it all!
We are now preparing for Jacks seventh operation which will entail a challenging recovery period. Again I feel thankful Caroline will be there to not only care for Jack but also support me through a difficult time.
