Extremely unreliable

She was our nanny for one year until a few weeks ago. We had an agreed contract with a 30-day notice but she left suddenly without giving us any notice, not even a single day, and no warning and no explanation. She left one day, disappeared for the following two days and on the third she told us that she wasn’t going to come back. This all happened via text, she never even bothered replying or returning our calls. She told us she would get back to us to sort out her termination (which we offered to do amicably) but two weeks after she has yet to reach out. She's clearly shown that she's extremely unreliable.
