Charlotte not only takes great care of our daughter, she takes care of us, as parents.
When my maternity was coming to an end my heart broke and my nerves were shot, the last couple of months of mat leave were agony. I was worried about leaving my baby, I thought nobody could understand how precious she was to me, but Charlotte did. Everyday my daughter was with her she would send me updates and photos, she reassured me and has been there for me when I’ve struggled with separation anxiety.
Throughout the pandemic Charlotte was still there for us, risking her family to take care of ours. She kept all her children and mindees safe and didn’t let them see that the world was crumbling. To them everything was normal. Charlotte took time and effort in every activity she planned, I even worried my daughter would be bored at home with me when she had so much fun with Charlotte.

Charlotte, I could never put into words how grateful I am for you and your family. You are one of a kind and we have been lucky to have you in our lives.
