Caitlin has been looking after our daughter Dot occasionally for evenings out and occasional emergency day-time cover for over two years (Dot's now three and a half). Now we have Arthur (1) she manages them both brilliantly. She's completely reliable, incredibly calm, sensible and lovely with the kids; they look forward to her coming over. I don't know what we'd do without her!
