I dealt with this lady when my daughter was I another childminders and this lady was an assistant, she put the children's needs first always, she was always thinking of different activities to keep the children entertained, my daughter grew to love her, and was upset to leave due to friendly care, I will always thank Claire for her time she spent teaching my child things and taking time to get to know all the children and their own likes and quirks, I deffo give her 5*
