After-school nanny 2-3 days a week (core hours c4.30-8pm - but this is flexible depending on the person and their commitments). Cook tea, supervise homework, bath time etc. Some light housework.
We have two other people who help out - both have been with us for 5 years, so we like to build long-term relationships with lovely people!
I work from home, so can be flexible.
