Jolanta has worked for us for almost a year, taking fantastic care of our son who was almost 18 months when she began. She has been an absolute dream to work with and a huge asset to our family.

She is responsible whilst being fun, fair whilst being firm, passionate and patient, engaging with our crazy toddler and making sure that he spends the largest part of the day laughing and playing. She reads to him, sings with him, is now a part of his band (maracas, he's on guitar) and does plenty of creative play. She takes him to local classes and daily to the park or to soft play or the pet shop, which he loves. She finds ways to make games of things that we wouldn't have imagined and whilst their day together is structured, she is also flexible if he's ever been unwell or just a little out of sorts.

Her experience working in a nursery setting has clearly been invaluable to the ways she interacts with our son and our family. When the doorbell rings, he runs to to door and calls out for her and is always so excited when she arrives. He flings himself into her arms like the member of our family that she has become. She has an absolute joy for working with children and as a mother herself is sensitive to our wishes as parents and always respectful of the ways in which we have chosen to do things, even when that has made things more difficult for her. We live in a very small space and it has never once felt like an intrusion to have her here when we are both working from home. We love her dearly and I am certain she would be the nanny you are looking for, whatever your requirements.
