About Me
We are a family of five, living on the border of New Eltham and Chislehurst with our two cats. Our daughter (7) loves dancing, reading and describes herself as a bookworm! She also loves all things drawing and crafts as well as building dens with her brother. Our son (4) loves drawing and making things, playing with his sister and hot wheels! We also have our baby boy, who will be 1 in the summer and is currently booked to attend nursery in Chislehurst in September. He is a cuddly, happy little soul, who loves food and adores his big brother and sister! The older children attend Montbelle Primary School, which is a few minutes drive or 15 minute walk from our home.
My Requirements
Our highest priority is after school care for our two eldest children, Tues - Thurs, around 3:15-6pm. We are also considering before school hours on those days as well, though happy to discuss flexibility in the hours (I'm still on maternity leave so yet to confirm exact working hours with my employer, as want to secure the right childcare first!). These hours would most likely be term time only from September 2025 - however during school holidays we would potentially look for full day cover or holiday club wrap around, but this can be totally flexible depending on your availability and the suitability with your setting for having older children for full days.
We are also considering a childminder for our youngest (currently 10 months), if there was space in a setting for all 3 children to be together. He's currently booked to attend a nursery but we would much prefer him with a childminder where he is also with his siblings, whilst he is still so little!
As you can see, we're a bit undecided in exactly what mixture of hours we need for the children, as I guess it depends on the setting availability and what feels right for each of them. So if you possibly have space for either the wrap around care, or for all 3 children, please get in touch!
