Wayne did some sleep training when my children were younger. I was struggling so much with exhaustion and tiredness it was an absolute godsend when he started his sleep program with my family. We went from having the children in our bed to them being in their own bed AND SLEEPING THROUGH THE NIGHT within a few days!
