About Me
I am a kind, calm and nurturing person who genuinely enjoys caring for children and creating a relaxed, happy environment where they can grow and feel safe. I have recently moved to Hastings and am looking for a nanny or babysitting role where I can support a family and become a trusted, reliable part of their routine.
Alongside my childcare experience, I am a trained homeopath and reiki practitioner, which has helped me develop a very gentle, patient and intuitive approach to caring for others. I am naturally attentive, emotionally aware, and good at responding to each child’s individual needs and personality.
I love spending time outdoors, going to the park, doing creative activities, reading stories, playing games, and keeping children engaged in fun but calm ways. I am confident caring for babies and young children, and I am comfortable managing daily routines such as mealtimes, naps, bath time and bedtime.
I am available for regular work over the next six months and would be fully committed and reliable throughout this time. I take pride in being trustworthy, punctual and caring, and I always aim to provide a safe, loving and positive environment for the children I look after. Private Nanny – Duxford

I provided full-time care for two boys, aged 2 and 6, in a private family home. My role included planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities to support learning and development, supporting daily routines such as meals, nap times, school runs, and bedtime routines. I encouraged positive behaviour, empathy, and emotional development through gentle guidance, and maintained a safe, clean, and nurturing home environment at all times. Babysitting Experience – Village & Family Friends (Ages 15–25)
Alongside my formal nanny roles, I provided regular babysitting for family friends and local families from the age of 15 to 25. This involved caring for children of various ages during evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, preparing meals, managing bedtime routines, and ensuring children felt safe, comfortable, and entertained while their parents were out.
My Qualifications
I have paediatric first aid training and previously held a DBS check (last completed in 2019); I am happy to obtain a new DBS check as required. I also have public liability insurance and completed work experience in a Montessori nursery.
My Availability
I am available for part-time work over the next six months and would be fully committed and reliable throughout this time. I am flexible with times and days, but ideally would work around four days per week.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)
Rates are flexible depending on hours, days and responsibilities.
