My identical twins have been with Kim for 8 months. One of my boys has complexed medical needs and disabilities and Kim has gone above and beyond time and time again. She has undergone extra training to ensure his basic medical needs are met, and has gone the extra mile to make sure he can access the same or similar activities as his peers. My boys aren't just at a childminder, they are part of a family and they are loved as well as cared for. She is on the end of the phone when I need help, advice or just a good chat and I couldn't imagine leaving my children with anyone else.
