About Me
Family of four with children age 7 and 2. We need a housekeeper nanny for 25 h/week to pick up kids from nursery and school and do light housekeeping and light family cooking.

Looking for a nanny- housekeeper starting November 2025
Working hours for this role are:
Monday - Friday, 13:00 - 18:00.
Responsibilities include: cooking light family meals, basic tidying up, putting the washing up and away and some ironing, picking up our 2-year-old from nursery, bringing them home for their nap (1.5-2hours), and then collecting our older child, age 7, from school at 16:30—a short two-minute walk door-to-door. Parents typically return home by 17:00, providing a brief overlap where household tasks can be tackled while parents take care of the children.
*Familiarity with cooking easy Greek cuisine or a willingness to learn simple dishes with our guidance would be considered a plus.
*Occasional morning availability, especially if the little one is unwell or during some school breaks will be a plus.
*Evening babysitting on rare occasions on a Friday or Saturday would also be a great bonus.
*We would ideally prefer someone who works as a contractor or is self-employed, though this is not a strict requirement and we’re open to other arrangements.

Maria has been a lovely nanny for our children at the age of 9 months and 6 years when she started. She is very reliable and safety minded. She is kind and loving and always joins with a smile. Her experience with babies was obvious from the beginning. She also did weaning and batch cooking for us. She is well organised and good with reporting when the children have activities or were ill. She is always ready with a helping hand for the whole family. She also has a good sense of humour! The children like her and they obviously feel comfortable around her. Maria also likes to organise housekeeping and could easily be given all kind of responsibilities from arranging the haircut of the children or their doctors appointments, collecting their prescription medicines. She is open minded regarding the routines of each family and how the family wish things to be done in the household. She is has an excellent record of always arriving on time and showing up even when she was feeling unwell!
