Caring, stimulating and fun childcare setting

I am writing a review for our childminder Nathalie and her family (who are just as involved and caring) within the first year anniversary of our childcare arrangement.

Our DS started attending her setting just before 6 months, when I returned to work. As a first time parents we were anxious to leave our son with others and spent months checking local childcare settings before going for Nathalie and we are glad we did. Our son has bonded with this family incredibly well, always happy to return never quick to leave when I pick him up after a fun day there.

This year our DS has reached every developmental milestone with ease. Starting with weaning, which happened as soon as he started. Nathalie was supportive and patient, which helped him explore and learn. He then crawled and walked as they celebrated his achievements and encouraged him. All the way, Nathalie has communicated well with us and has provided helpful advice when necessary. Nathalie knows all the children in her setting really well and treats them with respect, making them feel validated and in safe hands.

Now at almost 18 months our DS is developing really complex skills early, such as playing football and saying words in both English and Spanish as well as signing and even jumping! I believe attending Nats Little Lambs has played a big role in our child’s positive outcomes as this is a home from home setting, providing the children with plenty of stimulation and active play time. They have made an effort to provide a variety of toys and equipment indoors and in their garden as well as days out and creative activities.

Nathalie has been incredibly helpful to go the extra mile during this pandemic and as a key worker I could not be more grateful for her hard work and support.

I love looking after your little one and he is deffinately part of our family, we all love having him here. He is such a confident and happy boy, and we all love his smiles and laughter. Its also helped me to keep my Spanish up to date ;-)
